SBA Bolt

  • Funding Amount: Up to 30% of top-line revenue, with a maximum limit of $150,000 for businesses generating over $500,000 in revenue
  • Reapplication: Clients may reapply after 30 days if their initial application is declined

SBA Express

  • Funding Limit: Up to $500,000
  • Notes: Loans exceeding $500,000 transition to an SBA Conventional/Traditional loan

SBA 7(a) Loan Program

  • Term Length: 10 years
  • Maximum Funding: $5 million, with the possibility of reaching $6.2 million if the lender contributes an additional $1.2 million
  • Purpose: Suited for substantial funding needs and long-term growth initiatives

SBA 504 Loan

  • Purpose: Designed for financing commercial real estate or equipment purchases
  • Terms: 25 years for real estate / 10 years for equipment
  • Loan-to-Value (LTV): 90% financing based on real estate value
  • Maximum Funding: Up to $15 million, with fixed interest rates ranging from 6% to 7%
